Bo has more than 33 years of experience in the security and firearms industry as a CEO and entrepreneur. He previously served in the Royal Swedish Air Force and has operated a security company in Southern California since 2009. He has also served as CEO of Southwest Training Center since 2017.

Born into a third-generation military family, Bo's early life was shaped by a strong tradition of service. In 1983, during a period of communist conflict and martial law in Poland, his family fled the country in search of greater stability and opportunity, eventually settling in Sweden. There, he rebuilt the foundation of his professional and personal life.

After coming to the United States in pursuit of his education goals in 1988, Bo developed a deep appreciation for the nation's ideals and opportunities, especially its identity as a melting pot that brings together people from many backgrounds. Drawing on his family's experiences and the contrast in treatment that they endured, Bo chose to make the United States his home and takes great pride in contributing to his community while upholding the values of service, responsibility, and dedication that he associates with the American spirit.

Luis has been involved in the Security and Firearms industry for 18 years. Luis previously served in the US Armed Forces as a former intelligence analyst. He has a civilian background as Director of Operations for a nationwide security firm based in Southern California for 12 years, and has served as Director of Operations and Legal Firearms and Self-Defense Compliance Expert for Southwest Training Center since 2017. Luis holds extensive law enforcement use-of-force training credentials. His combined military, security, law enforcement, and civilian self-defense background makes him uniquely qualified in the training industry.

Mike Ceballos has over 35 years in the security industry. He has extensive experience managing and training high-profile security teams, including overseeing operations at some of the largest venues in Hollywood's entertainment district. Mike also brings a strong corporate security background to his work. Since 2020, he has served as Chief Range Safety Officer at STC. His passion for creating a safe and welcoming training environment can be seen in his smile each day.

Ony Tirado is a certified firearms instructor specializing in concealed carry and armed security officer training. He brings valuable experience from managing a prominent firearms dealer's gunsmithing program, and has dedicated years to mastering the craft of defensive pistol and tactical rifle instruction. His expertise in firearms training and unwavering commitment to safety make him a valued member of the Southwest Training Center team.

Jason is an experienced instructor and security professional with over 750 hours of specialized training in high-risk dignitary protection, firearms, emergency medical care, and tactical security protocols. Jason's extensive background spans armed security roles, executive protection, and managing large-scale security operations involving teams of up to 120 personnel at events hosting 35,000 attendees. In addition to being a part of STC's training cadre, Jason founded the training company, firearms dealer, and security firm known as iE Solutions Group. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology with an emphasis on Emergency Management from the University of Idaho, an EMT certification, and multiple FEMA emergency management certificates. Jason's combination of high-level education, extensive hands-on training, and real-world security experience uniquely positions him as a leader in instruction and security management.

Leonard has 23 years of experience as an engineer and 36 years of experience in shooting firearms. He has dedicated the past 6 years to competitive shooting in USPSA. Balancing precision in engineering and marksmanship in shooting defines his diverse and dynamic professional journey. He currently serves on STC's team as a firearms instructor, Range Safety Officer, and Competitive Drill Seminar coordinator.

Emily has been involved in the security and firearms industry for over 8 years. She currently serves as a Law Enforcement Officer with one of the most respected agencies in Southern California. Her professional background includes experience as a Corporate Security Manager, Field Supervisor for a prominent security firm, and Lead Security Coordinator for several high-profile venues in the Hollywood and West Hollywood entertainment districts, where she worked closely with talent, artists, and the protection details of other high-profile clientele. She has also served as a Field Training Officer for an armed patrol company, providing guidance and oversight to developing security professionals in active field environments.

Since 2018, Emily has served as a Firearms Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer, and Law Enforcement Advisor for Southwest Training Center, contributing her operational experience and instructional expertise to the organization's training programs.
