Please review our refund and return policy before booking
In Classroom or On Location
Southwest Training Center does not issue returns on classroom or on location courses that have already been started or otherwise completed. Attendance for in classroom courses is mandatory once booked.
Full Refund
Full refunds may only be issued if requested at least 48 hours prior to the course start time via official email.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued within 24 hours on a case by case basis.
Online Courses
Refunds for online courses must be requested via official email, and will only be issued for courses that have not been started within 7 days of registration.
Southwest Training Center does not issue refunds for courses already started or already completed.
